Returns

Due to the perishable and consumable nature of our products, we do not accept returns once an order has been delivered.

However, returns or replacements may be considered under the following circumstances:

  • Incorrect product delivered
  • Product received in damaged condition
  • Product packaging found to be tampered with
  • Product received is expired or unfit for consumption

Reporting an Issue

If you experience any of the above issues, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery.

To process your request, please provide:

  • Order Number
  • Customer Name
  • Contact Number
  • Clear photographs of the product and packaging
  • Description of the issue

Requests submitted after 48 hours of delivery may not be eligible for refund or replacement.


Refund Eligibility

Refunds may be approved after verification by our support team if:

  • The wrong product was delivered.
  • The product was damaged during transit.
  • The product was defective or expired upon delivery.

Once verified, the refund will be initiated according to our refund process.


Refund Process

Approved refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days.

Refunds will be credited to the original payment method used during purchase.

Depending on your bank or payment provider, it may take additional time for the amount to reflect in your account.


Replacement Policy

Where applicable, we may offer a replacement product instead of a refund.

Replacement requests are subject to stock availability and verification of the issue reported.


Non-Refundable & Non-Returnable Items

Refunds or returns will not be accepted for:

  • Change of mind after purchase

  • Products opened, used, or partially consumed
  • Incorrect storage or handling after delivery
  • Orders placed with incorrect shipping details provided by the customer

Order Cancellation

Orders may be cancelled before they are dispatched.

Once an order has been processed and shipped, cancellation requests cannot be accepted.

Damaged Package on Delivery

If the outer packaging appears visibly damaged at the time of delivery, we recommend:

  1. Taking photographs before opening the package.
  2. Contacting our customer support team immediately.
  3. Retaining all original packaging materials for verification purposes.
